9pm: Radical Geometry

item4

When you find an aspiring artist who also earns his kicks from organic chemistry, one might immediately imagine any character from the Big Bang Theory hovering over a computer, analyzing the scale’s timing and scribbling it down on graphing paper.  Radical Geometry, the musical-centered ego of Lazlo DellaPolla, emits this theoretical approach as he gets straight to the experimentation.

His first album Instrumental Analysis picked at what he had down first – the instruments – while his second full-length Blueberry Jams will add vocals as well as a refined synth sound. While it is still early in DellaPolla’s career, he continually produces professional, well conceived tracks that capture his influences with a personal touch.   From his cover of Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody” to his gamma-wrapped “Silent Rides”, the electronic ride of Kiddie Khem is one worth catching.

10pm: Fader Vixen

FaderVixen

Fader Vixen consists of Jeremy Frank, a member of Atlanta-based electronic act The Fabric, and Toniet Gallego, a prominent dancer/performer, and member of Atlanta's Blast-Off Burlesque. Since summer 2009, they have been creating sincere and energetic electronic music. Their goal is to express and explore through music and performance, wherever their passions lead them, and that's usually to the dance floor.
